The Brut Rosé has a delicate Salmon pink colour. The nose shows red fruit like cranberries and sour cherries with a hint of white peach. The palate has a fine mousse and the fresh acidity leaves a clean, dry finish.
This wine showcases a pale pink colour. The nose offers beautiful aromas of pomegranate and fresh summer fruit. These flavours are underpinned by a fresh zesty core. The pallet shows beautiful red fruit, associated with the Merlot component of this wine, which harmoniously combine with subtle spice brough by Shiraz. These flavours lead to a full, textured pallet, perfectly balanced by charming acidity. A perfect wine to enjoy on warm summer days spent with family and friends. Serve Chilled.
This Blanc de Noir might be one of the most serious efforts I have tasted to date. It is pale and complex beyond my own expectation of the fruit. The nose hints subtle floral notes of elderflower (a pyrazine) that quickly become consumed by high concentrations of thiols such as passionfruit, grapefruit and gooseberries (yeast derived) before leaving the nose with hints of fresh citrus.
On the palate you are exposed to serious grip and spice, for which we need to credit the variety being Cabernet Franc, as well as our excellent cool climate terroir. Incredibly small tannins provide a racy texture. It is bone dry with an incredibly fresh natural acidity providing a long, clean, finish.
